When applying using a sibling preference you must:
- Submit a birth certificate OR legal guardianship documents
Upon accepting a seat at BCCS you must provide:
- Proof of Residency (e.g. current utility bill, mortgage documents, or lease of your rental unit);
- Copy of last report card to document that the child has successfully completed their current year; and
- Physical and immunization report (within the last year)
If your student has a 504 plan or Individual Education Plan (IEP):
